Marc's Cuisine Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MARC'S CUISINE. By dining with us, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.

1. General Terms

  • By entering our premises or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

  • Reservation Policy: Reservations are encouraged, especially during peak times. Seating without a reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the reserved time. Failure to cancel may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows: Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time may forfeit their table.

3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Payment is due upon receipt of your final bill.

  • Gratuities: Tips are not included in the menu prices and are at the discretion of the guest unless specified otherwise.

  • Split Payments: Split payments are available upon request but may have limitations based on the group size.

  • We do not collect or store any CREDIT CARDSs data. We use WIX POS and Restaurant systems to process and adminstrate all CREDIT CARD  payments.

4. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

  • We take allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. Guests must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing their order. However, we cannot guarantee that dishes will be completely allergen-free due to shared kitchen facilities.

5. Conduct and Behavior

  • Respectful Conduct: We strive to provide a comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior may lead to refusal of service or removal from the premises.

  • Dress Code: Our dress code is [casual/smart casual/formal] and must be respected to maintain a suitable dining environment.

6. Children and Pets

  • Children: Families are welcome, but children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

  • Pets: Service animals are permitted, but pets are otherwise not allowed inside the restaurant unless specified in outdoor areas.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Personal Information: We collect and process personal information, such as contact details, for the purpose of managing reservations and improving customer service.

8. Liability

  • Damage and Loss: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended or lost in the restaurant. Any damages to the restaurant property caused by guests may result in charges.

  • Allergens: While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that dishes will be free of all allergens. Guests consume food at their own risk.

  • Health and Safety: We adhere to all health and safety guidelines. By dining with us, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health and safety.

9. Third-party Services

  • We may offer third-party services, such as online ordering or delivery, in partnership with other providers. These third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and MARC'S CUISINE is not liable for issues that arise from their services.

10. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if terms are violated or for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with restaurant policies.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, we encourage guests to contact us directly to resolve the issue. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Broward Country/State of Florida.
