At Marc's Cuisine, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience. While we prepare each dish with care, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Our Return and Exchange Policy outlines how we address concerns regarding food, beverages, and other items.
1. Food and Beverage Returns

Dine-in Orders: If you are dissatisfied with your meal, please inform your server as soon as possible. We may be able to adjust or replace the item to better meet your expectations.

Takeout and Delivery Orders: For concerns with takeout or delivery items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or a credit for future purchases.
2. Eligibility for Return and Exchange

Unsatisfactory Items: We are committed to making things right if the food quality or preparation does not meet your expectations. However, items that have been mostly or fully consumed may not be eligible for replacement.

Alcoholic Beverages: Due to regulations, alcoholic beverages are non-refundable, except when there is a clear issue with the product, such as a spoilage or contamination.

Perishable Products: Items with a limited shelf life, such as pastries or baked goods purchased for takeout, are generally non-refundable once they leave the premises.
4. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift Cards: All sales of gift cards are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Resolution Options: Based on the situation, we may offer an exchange, a credit for a future visit, or, in certain cases, a refund. Refunds are issued at the discretion of management.
